NEW DELHI, DEC 12: Jeev Milkha Singh missed a glorious opportunity to close the gap on America's Mike Cunning in the race for the Omega Order of Merit, when he shot a three over par 73 for a two round total of two over 142 in the second round of the US $ 500,000 Omega PGA Championships in Hong Kong, according to reports reaching here.

However, Cunning who was in the same group as Jeev, slumped to a four over 74 to miss the cut for the first time this season. Among the other Indians who made the cut is Arjun Atwal.
