SRINAGAR, Dec 18: Twelve people, mostly children and women of two families, were rescued by security forces in a fierce encounter which claimed the lives of three militants and a BSF officer in Anantnag district of south Kashmir. A BSF spokesman said that the ultras started the fight by firing at the security forces .
