Youths shoot canteen manager, loot Rs 25,000

GHAZIABAD, January 18: Three unidentified men armed with country-made pistols shot the canteen manager of the Moradnagar Ordinance Factory in Ghaziabad on Saturday. The assailants escaped with his bag containing Rs 25,000.The police said that the canteen manager, Manohar Lal Khanna, was on his way to a nearby bank when three Scooter-borne youths confronted him. One of them fired three shots at Khanna, hitting him on his face and chest.
