SRINAGAR, Jan 29: The Border Security Force claimed to have seized two kgs of deadly RDX from a militant dump at Sumbal in Baramulla district. The RDX was marked with the marking of the Hizbul outfit and Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) and was meant to disrupt the Republic day celebrations.A BSF spokesperson said, in a press release issued here, that on receiving specific information on January 28 that a large stock of explosives had been sent from the ISI for further distribution to the militants in the valley, the 82nd battalion of the force recovered the stock of RDX, marked ``Hizbul Mujahideen, District Commander, Hameed Gul, HM...ISI Det.''
