Indians climb to second spot

SHARJAH, February 4: Wael-Eidi of Syria-Lebanon continue to cling to the top spot in the Sharjah bridge festival here today but only just. Half a board is all that separates them from the second placed pair. Their tally stands at 857.15 MPS. India's Vishwanathan and Iyengar galloped to 2nd position. They scored 455.52 MPS and improved their position from 13th to 2nd.Sonal Pakvasa was joined by JM Shah who arrived late but thepair notched 490 MPS to lead in the second session.
