NEW DELHI, February 7: After being restricted to 300, Delhi allowed Bengal to declare their innings at 527 for six, for a handsome lead of 227 in the Ranji Trophy Group B Super League match at the Kotla here today.At the end of the penultimate day, Delhi survived 80 minutes and 17 overs to wipe off 31 of those runs without losing a wicket.
For Bengal, Devang Gandhi (176: 2x6, 15x4, 361m, 236b) top-scored while wicket-keeper Saba Karim (97: 1x6, 7x4, 267m, 187b) and skipper Saurav Ganguly (47: 2x6, 1x4, 75m, 52b) tore the Delhi attack to pieces.
