MUMBAI, February 10: Anand Gandhi (15) won the Dr Dugal Cup golf tournament, an 18-hole bogey event for players with a handicap of 24 and below, at the Bombay Presidency Golf Club course today. He collected plus 4 points. He went out in plus 5 with the help of two birdies and finished in all with 7 pars.Capt AS Mann (10) came home with plus 2, the same as Sudhir Anand (18), who is second.
