PUNE, February 13: Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Jaipal Reddy agreed to meet the governing council of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) to resolve the ongoing crisis.Kavita Pai, president of the students' union, said the minister conveyed his willingness to meet the council through two students' union representatives who went to meet him at Hyderabad, where the minister was busy electioneering. Meanwhile, the hunger strike of students continued on its third day, with students resolving not to withdraw it till FTII director Dr Mohan Agashe put in his papers.
