LAS VEGAS, February 20: A member of a neo-Nazi group and a Mormon missionary have been charged for possessing the biological agent Anthrax which they planned to use as a weapon. Law enforcement authorities arrested admitted Aryan Nation member Larry Wayne Harris yesterday who boasted that he had a lethal vial of Anthrax. ``Harris held the vial in his hand and stated that there was enough there to ``wipe out the city,'' a Federal Bureau of Investigation source said.Harris and William Job Leavitt, a Mormon missionary, were arrested as they were about to enter a medical clinic. A Mercedes Benz where the Anthrax was stored was seized and taken to a military base in Utah for testing. The FBI will know within 24 hours whether the material was really Anthrax.
