Tandon's efforts goes in vain
EXPRESS NEWS SERVICEÎPATNA, February 25: Vadodara would have felt cheated after their Group C match against Bihar today. It was rains yesterday and storm today. At the end of the mandatory overs, Bihar after following on, were 123 for six, still 37 short of Vadodara's first innings total of 389.
