MUMBAI, FEB 27: The Bombay Presidency Golf Course will be the venue for the `Soaring Hope' Pratt & Whitney golf tournament to be played on Sunday, March 1 here.Essentially a one-ball stableford event, the tournament promises an exciting difference with the player being given the liberty to replay a certain number of shots, equivalent to 30 percent of his handicap. Also the handicap of the player for the tournament will be 70 percent of his actual handicap.
But, the repeat shots have been restricted to be played at the tee-off or on the fairways. Re-putting is disallowed. Many corporate heavyweights, aviation and sports professionals are expected to compete.
