Zimbabwe bowlers have Pak in a tizzy

BULAWAYO, MARCH 16: Pakistan, in reply to Zimbabwe's first innings total of 321, were bowled out for 256 on the third day of the opening Test at Queens Sports Club today.

Seamer Mpumelelo Mbangwa and leg-spinner Paul Strang each snapped up two wickets as Zimbabwe had Pakistan sruggling by lunch itself.

Pakistan slumped from 77 for one overnight to 159 for six at lunch on the in reply to Zimbabwe's first innings of 321.

Mbangwa, explioting damp and overcast conditions, took two for nine from seven overs in his first spell of the day.

Strang captured the key wickets of Inzamam-ul-Haq and Azhar Mahmood for figures of 12-4-31-2 at the interval.

Pakistan lost their second wicket in the fourth over of the morning when opener Ali Naqvi drove loosely at an Mbangwa away swinger to be caught at first slip by Zimbabwe captain Alistair Campbell for 27.

Scores: Zimbabwe 321 in 112.3 overs (Grant Flower 156 not out, Heath Streak 53, Waqar Younis 5-106); Pakistan 256 in 109.1 overs (Yousaf Youhana 60; GuyWhittall 4-63).
