Banatwalla bereavedAyesha Banatwalla, wife of Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) MP G M Banatwalla died here on Saturday after suffering for a prolonged period from asthma. She was 60. She was admitted to P D Hinduja hospital where she breathed her last at 11.45 am. Her funeral took place at 6 pm on Saturday.
Destitute kids' day off
Nurture, a monthly children's magazine, organised a fun-day for about 250 children of the Children Aid Society, Mankhurd, a home for destitute children on Saturday. After a story-telling session conducted by acclaimed painter Badri Narayan, Khatta Babu of the Mobile Creche, a social organisation conducted a puppet show. A magic show and drawing workshop were also held.

Eklavya's study workshops
