Since the complainant was not present, his lawyer sought for a long adjournment which was objected to by Hazare's counsel P Janardhan on ground that both the sides had mutually agreed to expedite the matter. The suit would now be heard on April 27 when the Minister would step into the witness box for recording of evidence.
