The board has been erected jointly by the Lions Club of Deccan Gymkhana and Vidya Sahakari Bank.On the same occasion, another board `Honour the White Cane' was inaugurated by Municipal Commissioner Ramanath Jha.

Lions Club president Pushpakumar Deo, district governor of the club Kushal Hegde, Balasaheb Anaskar of Vidya Bank and retired Assistant Commissioner of Police Manikrao Damame were present on the occasion.
