Sudesh Kumar Gadi, 50, was reportedly also working as an administrative officer at the TB Hospital in Mehrauli. Kaushik had a bill of Rs 20,000 pending with the hospital. He met Gadi who apparently assured him that the bill would be cleared if a bribe was paid. Kaushik then lodged a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Branch on April 21.
