HC orders probe into missing Dubai man

CHENNAI, May 5: The Madras High Court has directed the Crime Branch of the CID (Metro) to inquire into the alleged "disappearance" of a passenger, who arrived at the Chennai Airport from Dubai in the second week of January. The passenger had with him 10 kgs of gold and electronic goods worth lakhs of rupees.A division bench comprising Justice V S Sirpurkar and Justice V Kanakaraj was passing orders on a habeas corpus petition from Mohammed Ali Jinnah, who alleged that his brother-in-law Mohammed Ibrahim was missing from the airport.
