NAGPUR, May 17: Thirteen nomination papers were filed for the ensuing Ramtek Assembly bye-polls to be held on June 3.Today was the last date for filing of the nomination paper.
The official Congress nominee, Anandrao Deshmukh and Shiv Sena's Ashish Jaiswal, a young party activist, filed their nomination paper today at the SDO office in presence of several party functionaries. The seat was given to the Shiv Sena in an electoral adjustment between the Sena and BJP.
