Nurses threaten another agitation

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
NEW DELHI, May 19: Nurses in the Capital, who were on a 12-day-long strike, today threatened to launch another agitation. Delhi Nurses Union general secretary, G.K. Khurana said that nurses of the Hindu Rao Hospital run by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi had already stopped work as they were being ``victimised and harassed''.

``All MCD hospitals are likely to close down again if victimisation continues,'' Khurana added. Nurses on probation were also not being allowed to join duty after the strike, she alleged.
