The customer service centres, billing counters and fault repair services were affected at the Keshav Puram, Badli, Narela and Alipur exchanges. The cash counter at Khurshid Lal Bhavan also couldn't function because of the strike. According to MTNL officials, the international trunk services and directory enquiry were affected partially.
