One held for eve-teasing
Tarsem Sharma, a resident of village Khuda Lahora, was arrested last night from outside the Government Senior Secondary School, Sector 35, on the charges of eveteasing. The police have registered a case under Section 294 of IPC.

Minor kidnapped
Harish Kumar Khosla, a local resident, has complained to the police that his minor daughter has been kidnapped by Mukesh Kumar alias Golu and Asha Rani, residents of Sector 44. The police have registered a case.

2 hurt in mishaps
Anil Kumar, a resident of Sector 22, was admitted to the GMC in Sector 32 after his scooter skid on the road dividing Sectors 30 and 27. In another incident, Manju, a resident of Sector 39, was injured and after the scooter she was riding pillion on, was reportedly hit by a speeding Maruti car.
