How Kalyan foiled BSP's Lucknow rally
To foil yesterday's Bahujan Samaj Party rally in Lucknow, the BJP state government asked Uttar Pradesh Home Secretary N Ravi Shanker to issue an unprecedented circular asking all District Magistrates and SPs to "prevent movement" of BSP workers and to keep a "close watch" on them so that they are "prevented from mobilizing party workers."
