The Study Centre of Foreign Languages will conduct beginners' and advanced courses in German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic and Russian Languages at Mithibai College, Vile Parle (W) from July to February. Free course in first aid

A free six month basic course in first aid will be conducted from June 14 at 21 New Marine Lines. Classes will be conducted between 5 pm and 7 pm on Saturdays and 10 am and 12 pm on Sundays in English. For details, contact the college Commandant from Monday to Friday between 6.30 pm and 8.30 pm and on Saturday and Sunday between 4 pm and 7 pm before May 31.

Training course in social work

The College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan, has announced its certificate course in para professional social work training in Hindi. The next batch begins from July 5. Application formscan be collected from St Pius College Campus, Aarey Road, Goregaon (E). The last day for submitting forms is June 8.

Humour Club meeting

The Humour Club will hold a meeting on May 29 at the Nehru Planetarium (Basement, Lecture Hall) at 6.30 pm. There will also be a mimicry item during the second half of the meeting.
