The Awards will be presented at the opening ceremony of Fifa's 51st Ordinary Congress in Paris on June 7.

Gerd Mueller (Germany), gold medalist 1974 World Cup and leading goal-scorer in '70 World Cup. Sir Bert Millichip (England), ex-chairman of English FA. Larbi ben Barek (Morocco/France), star striker in the 1930's, 40's & 50's. Late Guillermo Canedo (Mexico), former Fifa senior vice-president Henry Fok (Hong Kong), patron of football in Hong Kong & China. Gilmar (Brazil), goalkeeper in the 1958, 1962 & 1966 World Cups. Fernand Sastre (France), co-president of the World Cup organising committee France '98. Karl-Heinz Weigang (Germany), a pioneer coach of the FifaInternational Development Program in the 1970's.
