MUMBAI: The rupee went into a tail-spin on Monday against the US dollar to all-time low of Rs 41.18/20 in intra-day trade at the interbank foreign exchange (forex) market. Standard & Poor's decision to revise the outlook of India's rating sent corporates and banks rushing to cover their dollar positions.
