VADODARA, May 26: The regional conference on the theme `India Incorporated in the 21st Century' organised by the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) concluded recently.District Collector and Magistrate Anil Mukim dwelled on the economic evolution of the nation since 1947 and stressed that professionals today must be well-equipped to face the competitive 21st century.
