UDHAGAMANDALAM, May 29: India's top Amateur Harmeet Kahlon of Chandigarh ruled the roost for three rounds with an aggregate of 211, one over par score in the penultimate round of the par-70 Ootachamund Golf Course in the 95th South India Open Amateur Golf Championship here today.The Asia Pacific champion, Kahlon, was leading with five strokes advantage followed by Arjuna Awardee Amit Luthra of Delhi and defending champion Maheshwaran of Tamil Nadu with identical score of 216 after three rounds.
