Film star Anupam Kher, joint commissioner of police, administration, T K Choudhary, and social activist Meena Mutha were present when Swami Niranjan Nanda Saraswati addressed an audience of 280 people including policemen on Friday, to reduce stress through Pranayam and Nidrayog. The speech was followed by a demonstration of both the yogasanas. Kher said: ``Yoga should not be done as a duty or an obligation. Do it out of love and respect for yourself.''
