Police said Joginder Singh, Charanpreet Singh and Gurdeep Singh, all tenants, reportedly attacked the landlord, Sikander Pal, using a sword. Pal received multiple injuries and fractured his left arm. He was rushed to the Sector 32 GMC yesterday afternoon and later shifted to the PGI. where he is currently admitted.

Joginder Singh complained to the police that Sikander Pal injured him using a knife. The police have registered a case of trespass and attempt to murder against Joginder, Charanpreet and Gurdeep under Sections 302, 452 and 34 of the IPC. Sikaner Pal has been booked for causing hurt under Sections 323 and 34 of the IPC.
