Alembic alleges computer flaw

SURAT, June 3: Confusion gripped Alembic Vidyalaya when one of its top students was declared to have failed, allegedly because of a computer flaw. School principal Harshad Patel told Express Newsline, ``Monali Talati has always been a topper and secured 85 per cent during her SSC examinations''. In HSC, too, she had scored between 70 and 80 per cent in all subjects, except Mathematics, where she notched up only 10 per cent, he said, adding that he had spoken to Gujarat Secondary Education Board about the matter.
