Omesh Saigal is new chief secretary

NEW DELHI, June 10: Omesh Saigal, a 1964 batch IAS officer, has been appointed Chief Secretary to the Delhi Government. Saigal, currently member-secretary to the National Capital Region Planning Board, will assume charge tomorrow.
