Award in Dr Pu Ti Narasimhachar's name instituted
BANGALORE, June 26: An annual award for the best Kannada poem and play has been instituted in the name of Dr Pu Ti Narasimhachar, a veteran Kannada poet. The prize, instituted by the Dr Pu Ti Na Trust, carries a cash award of Rs 10,000. It will be given alternately for poetry and plays each year.Copyright © 1998 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
