NEW DELHI, June 27: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh has offered to face a CBI inquiry if the Lokayukta felt there was a need for it.``The Lokayukta has already investigated (corruption charges) and cleared me. However, I am willing to face even a CBI inquiry, if the Lokayukta or BJP so desires,'' Singh said in an interview to a TV channel.
Referring to the dropping of some ministers of his cabinet, he said ``after the Lokayukta's report, I discussed the issue with the advocate general and state governor and it was decided that there is no case for prosecuting the ministers.
