MP Chandubhai Deshmukh dies

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE  
VADODARA, June 28: Veteran state BJP leader and sitting MP from Bharuch Chandubhai Deshmukh expired on Sunday at 6.30 pm, following a respiratory arrest at a Vadodara hospital. He was 77 and is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters. Deshmukh, who had been admitted to the Bhailal Amin Hospital on June 11 after his health deteriorated, had been on artificial respiration for the last three days. State BJP leaders including Keshubhai Patel condoled Deshmukh's death.saying he had always strived for the uplift his region.
