It's good to be bad...
He is repulsive, down to the last bone. He is every woman's nightmare actually walking the streets. He is Gokul Pandit, a serial rapist and murderer in the garb of an ordinary postman. He is Ashutosh Rana in Dushman -- the most menacing villain to grace the silver screen in recent months. From a small town called Gadherwara in Madhya Pradesh to the big bad world of films, it's been a long journey for Rana.

School of Life
It's pouring all round me as I sit by the window in Cafe Mondegar, watching Bombay whiz past me. I should be thinking about life, the universe and everything. But the facts are: I know the answer is 42; and having just ordered a pitcher of draught beer I am busy drinking to my health. Let me explain. Cafe Mondegar is to Bombay what Kingfisher is to Vijay Mallya. One without the other is like a fish out of water.

My first break
Contrary to what you might think, ace-lensman Gautam Rajadhyaksha was not born with a camera in his hand. He attributes the power of the pen in equal measure to his success as a photographer. We are talking of a time in the late '70s - early '80s when he was working as the head of the photo service department in the advertising agency, Lintas.
