PUNE, July 8: Residents in Pimpri-Chinchwad complaint that since the past week when the monsoon made its presence felt, the power supply has been highly erratic.

Sunil Nambiar, a resident of Pimpri, said despite repeated complaints to the MSEB office at Kharalwadi, there was no response from them.

Lt Col Ashok Kumar Gupta (retd), a resident of Kasarwadi, said over 1000 residents living in apartments in Kasarwadi have been deprived of water due to intermittent power failure since last week. ``The latest power failure occurred on Tuesday night and even after 20 hours there was no change in the dark scene,'' he added.
