EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
NEW DELHI, July 10: A minor scuffle between a driver and four youths reportedly led to the murder of the former's wife in the Patel Nagar area of west Delhi early this morning. The foursome allegedly threw the 24-year-old woman down from the second floor of a house in Gali no. 31 of Baljit Nagar. While three of the accused -- Ghanshyam, Surya Bahadur and Raju -- have been arrested, investigations are on to trace the fourth person, Raj Kumar. The four youths were reportedly making a lot of noise while playing cards around 3.30 this morning. Raj Kumar, who was sleeping nearby, asked them to stop as he was getting disturbed. An argument ensued following which the youths allegedly beat up Raj Kumar. His wife Seema, who had woken up by then, joined Kumar and was reportedly beaten up and thrown down from the second floor of the house. Seema was rushed to a hospital where she was declared dead. According to the police, the house is a two-storeyed building and a number of tenants live in it. A case has been registered at the Patel Nagar Police Station.
