Foreign consultant roped in for Vikrant
The ambitious Rs 76-crore plan to convert the Vikrant into a maritime museum will be executed with the help of foreign consultants. The navy has zeroed in on the Texas-based retired Admiral Jamie Scott to execute the project.

New Rent Act will be a please-all
The draft Maharashtra Rent Control Bill may not, after all, make rental accommodation more attractive, if that's what the new act is meant to do. While finalising some key proposals, the state Housing Department has tried to please all sections but not really helped rental housing.
