CHANDIGARH, July 17: All seats in B.Com classes in the City were filled today. The admissions, which were stalled at about 9 pm for half an hour, went on till 10.40 pm.The last candidate to be admitted at SGGS College, Sector 26, had a rank of 1149 and had secured 65.8 per cent marks. Among other colleges, while the last candidate admitted to MCM DAV College was of 146th rank and had a percentage of 80.5, the last one in Govt Colege for Girls, Sector 11, had a rank of 268 and 77.6 per cent.
The last candidates admitted in the remaining City colleges had the following percentages (with rank in brackets): SD College, Sector 32 - 77.2 (295), GCG sector 42 - 75.4 (399), DAVC sector 10 - 72.4 (585), GGS women sector 26 - 69.4 (827), dev samaj,sector 45 - 69.3 (830), GC sector 11- 68.0 (934), GC,sector 46 - 67.2 (1009) and SGGS - 65.8 (1149).
