Sushma blames Opposition for stalling Women's Bill
The Women's Reservation Bill may not be introduced in the current session of Parliament, which is to end next week, according to Union information and broadcasting minister Sushma Swaraj. She charged the Congress with having gone back on the Bill.

Cabinet clears Fema, defers Patent Bill
The Union government has paved the way for liberalisation of foreign exchange regulation norms and check laundering of black money abroad with the Cabinet clearing two bills for introduction in current session of Parliament. The cabinet has cleared the twin bills -- Prevention of Money Laundering and Foreign Exchange Management (Fema), even as a decision on a Patent Bill in tune with World Trade Organisation agreement has been deferred.
