Nepal offers venue for Indo-Pak talks
Nepal Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala has offered Kathmandu as a venue for Indo-Pakistan talks to ease tension in the South Asian region. "Nepal as a small nation might not be able to "play a crucial role of mediator but could offer a meeting place", Koirala said.

SC seeks Centre's views on judges' appointment in HC
In a new twist to the ongoing controversy, the Supreme Court has sought the Centres reply on appointment of judges to the Punjab and Haryana High Court despite a nine-judge constitution bench hearing the presidential reference on judges appointment.

National judicial panel soon, says Jethmalani
