CHANDIGARH, Aug 18: Indian Amateur Boxing Federation (IABF) has finalised the dates of the senior and junior national meets.The senior nationals will be held at Visakhapatnam from February 2 to 7, 1999 while the junior nationals are slated to be held this year at Kohima (Nagaland) from November 9 to 14. West Bengal Boxing Association will play host to the sub-junior national championship.
Weight-lifting trials
Trials to select the Punjab (men and women) weightlifting teams, to participate in the fifth National Games at Manipur in October will be held at the Weightlifting Club, Rakhbagh, Ludhiana on August 30, according to Dr D S Virk, hony secretary of the Punjab Weight Lifting Asociation.
