KOCHI, AUG 20: The next round of hearing by wage boards for working journalists, non-journalists, newspaper and news agency employees, scheduled to be held in New Delhi from August 24, will cover all states and Union Territories.Earlier, the wage boards had invited interested persons for hearing from the states of Rajasthan, Goa, Assam and the Union Territory of Delhi only.
Newspaper establishments, newspaper unions/federations, and individuals concerned with the newspaper industry and desirous of making written or oral submission before the boards should make a request to P Kumar, Administrative Officer, Wage Boards, Room No. 112, Shram Shakti Bhawan, New Delhi. Requests carrying telephone/fax numbers must reach New Delhi before the date of hearing.
