EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
SHIMLA, Aug 23: The blind from all over the state have converged here to hold demonstration tomorrow in support of their demands and would submit a memorandum to the Chief Minister.

President Deva Singh Negi and general secretary Mukesh Kumar of the State Blind Federation today regretted the indifferent attitude of the previous as well as the present government towards the blind.
