Special kids' school celebrates 15 years of a different dream
A loaned flat on the seventh floor of a Wadala building has housed a dream to teach differently abled children for 15 years. The Mona Remedial Educational Centre (MREC), which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, teaches children with low IQ levels, or slow learners. And despite major space constraints, the centre now has plans for a vocational centre.
