Naigaon Adarsh beat Dadar Young Boys by 3-2 via tie-breaker in the football tournament conducted by Rukhi Samaj played at Purandare Stadium.

Both the teams were locked 1-1 at the end of full time. Amit Makwana scored for Dadar Young Boys whereas Chiman Solanki levelled the score for Adarsh.

In the tie break Adarsh emerged winners.

Anthony enter semis

St Anthony's Club struggled to beat Lifeline who put up a brave fightbefore bowing down 3-0 to enter the semi-finals of the 8th Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Parish Football Tournament played at Chembur on Sunday.

Joel Fonseca gave St Anthony's Club the lead in the 50th minute with an excellent header. Capt. Hanzel D'Silva and Gavin Mendonca added to the tally with a goal each in the last 5 minutes of the game.

In an earlier match, Roosevelt Mathias scored a brace for Chemburites B while Bhirnesh Kotian and Cedric D'Mello's goal (penalty) earned Clusters a place in the quarter-finals with a 2-2 draw.
