Incharge of the preparatory committee, Prem Singh Bhangu, who is also a central committee member of the MCPI said here today that arrangements for the meet were discussed and reviewed. He added that the delegates would start arriving from September 8 and the conference would be preceded by a mass rally at the Sector 20 grounds which would be addressed by national leaders. The rally would also call upon the people to launch an agitation on the burning issues concerning Punjab.

Bhangu further disclosed that the four-day conference would deliberate on international, national and regional issues and would be formally inaugurated by the MCPI general secretary Sudhir Bhattacharya.
