NEW DELHI, September 10: National Students' Union of India (NSUI) member Mohit Sharma, a student of the College of Vocational Studies (CVS), was allegedly attacked by members of the Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) this morning.A case has been registered under sections 323 (causing hurt) and 364 (kidnapping or abducting in order to murder) of the IPC.
According to the police, Sharma was abducted from the Defence Colony bus-stop by four Maruti-borne youth and taken to Lajpat Nagar.
He was manhandled and received minor stab injuries on his left hand and chest.
