CHANDIGARH, Sept 11: Defending champions, Indian Schools boys hockey team in not participating in the second Asian hockey championship which is being held at Macau.According to a press release of School Games Federation of India (SGFI), the team did not get clearance from the Government of India.
It may be recalled that the inaugural edition of the meet was held in Chandigarh in 1994, where Indian team bagged gold medal.
