NEW DELHI, Sept 17: Vinay Tyagi's hat-trick featured in Sawan Public School's 8-0 win over GHPS (India Gate) in senior boys section of SS Mota Singh memorial hockey tournament.The Air Force School beat GHPS (Loni Road) 4-0 to enter the league phase.
